ShuJie & Niv knew of each other while attending the United States Air Force Academy. After graduation, they reconnected in Alaska and the rest is history! They decided on an Ameristar Casino Wedding in Blackhawk!
After years of long-distance due to the military, they were finally able to tie the knot in the Summit Ballroom at Ameristar with the help of their family and friends. Shujie is Chinese and Niv is Indian–they were very intentional about honoring both cultures! You’ll see traditions, blessings, and wedding dress from both cultures throughout their day.
