Garden of the Gods Resort Wedding: Things to Know and Photos
I recently got to photograph a wedding at one of the best wedding venues in Colorado Springs, the Garden of the Gods Resort, so I thought I’d share what I’ve learned about the space! This gorgeous property offers a direct look at the Garden of the Gods National Natural Landmark and some of the best views in the city. So if you’re considering a Garden of the Gods Resort wedding, you’ll find all the info you need here.

Why Consider a Wedding at the Garden of the Gods Resort?
There are lots of reasons this spot should make your venue shortlist. After all, the resort is pretty much a Garden of the Gods wedding venue that’s the next best thing to eloping in the park itself! Here are some other highlights of the Garden of the Gods Resort:
- The Views Are Incredible. It is no exaggeration to say that the Garden of the Gods Resort has some of the best views in all of Colorado Springs. There truly isn’t a bad angle for a photo here, whether you’re inside the grand, mountain-chalet-style resort itself or outdoors with an uninterrupted view of the red rock formations of the Garden of the Gods park.
- There is Plenty of Space. There are lots of different rooms on the property you can rent for your special day, and they even offer multi-room rentals for larger parties. That means you have some flexibility with the guest list and can accommodate all your loved ones!
- The Resort’s Spa is Amazing. The Garden of the Gods on-site med spa has gotten plenty of attention lately for its offerings, and for good reason. It offers a full salon as well as holistic medical services, like IV therapy (ideal for curing post-wedding hangovers), acupuncture, and more—definitely something to take advantage of during your wedding weekend.
- You’re Close to Garden of the Gods Itself. Another big bonus is that the resort is only a three-minute drive from the actual Garden of the Gods park (and 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs), which means it’s easy to pop over for a photoshoot. Garden of the Gods wedding photos are such a unique and visually stunning way to capture your big day!
