“When coming to Something New, be prepared to find your wedding dress in one try! Have the people with you that you need, have your heart & mind ready, and anything else ready that you need to have your full YES MOMENT because love at first sight really does happen, so be ready — it’s magical! You have an expert personal bridal stylist, a huge and diverse hand-picked bridal collection, gorgeous store and fun/easy experience!— if you don’t know what style you want yet, totally fine, because you have a stylist to help you! BUT think about the vibe you’re going for or how you want to feel on your wedding day: sexy, romantic, comfortable, sweet? All of the above? And just let your stylist know!— be open-minded/hearted and really communicative! Give yourself grace and be open to trying things! An expert stylist is such an asset and is really dedicated to helping you find your perfect dress! Be super honest about what you’re liking and not liking and be open to trying something you may not have originally pictured because sometimes you can surprise yourself at what ends up feeling beautiful on!”

“Having our team’s core focus and goal to be making people feel special and cared about! Making a potentially stressful time feel fun and easy. Being a one-stop shop — everything from bridal gowns to tuxedos to prom to moms dresses to jewelry and accessories and bridesmaids! Something New was literally created after our owner Mindi had a terrible dress shopping experience 16 years ago and thought it should be different — having a beautiful space, hand-selected gowns to make up the collection, kind and fun expert stylists, a diverse selection, help through the rest of the process after you find your bridal gown too!”
