A Beautiful Fall Town Park Wedding in Telluride

C and A knew they wanted a Town Park wedding because Telluride has always been really special to them. C’s parents live in town and they’ve made so many memories here that it just felt like the obvious choice. Tucked into the most iconic box canyons in the San Juan Mountains, Telluride is one of those places that always feels magical.

They got ready at separate spots that morning. C hung out at her parents’ house with friends popping in and out while she got her makeup done and their pup Stella by her feet the whole time. A got ready nearby at a rental with friends, keeping things laid-back before everything got going. Once C was ready, she shared a special first look with her dad before heading out to meet A at a quiet little grove of golden trees. It was a calm, grounding moment that they needed before the festivities began .

After their first look, everyone met back up at C’s house to wait for what was the coolest Uber ever, a horse-drawn carriage. As they rolled down Main Street, people were cheering them on and wishing them well whichjust added to the fun. Town Park looked incredible and the fall colors did most of the decorating. A and Stella waited as C’s dad walked her down the aisle. The ceremony wrapped up with C, A, and Stella walking back up the aisle together while guests blew bubbles everywhere.

After the ceremony, hopped on the gondola to head up the mountain for portraits. The views were unreal, the aspen were glowing, and we got beautiful photos of the day looking over the town. From there, it was back to town for their reception at the historic Sheridan Opera House. The rest of the night was full of happy tears, heartfelt speeches, sunset photos on Main Street, yummy food, and a full dance floor.
